This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Gagak Studio (Developer: Nila Rahmawati), including but not limited to:

- Interova – Interior Design AI
- Gardenia AI – Outdoor Design
- Anim Me – AI Image Generator
- PixLean – Image Compressor
- Lumifix – Photo Enhancer
- SuperLens 40x Zoom Camera
- PlantSnapper – ID & Care
- Image Resize Photo Editor
- Kitchen Design Studio AI
- Bedroom Design AI Planner
- Partyloom AI Decor
- And other applications published under Gagak Studio

Throughout this policy, “Application” refers to any of the apps listed above.

By using our Applications, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 User-Provided Data

Depending on the Application, users may voluntarily provide:

- Photos or images selected from their device
- Camera captures
- Style selections or prompts
- Subscription purchase information (processed by Apple)

We do not require account registration in most apps.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

We may collect limited, non-identifiable information such as:

- Device type
- Operating system version
- App usage statistics
- Crash reports
- Anonymous analytics

We do not collect:

- Contact lists
- Messages
- Personal files
- Precise location (unless explicitly stated in a specific app)

2. PHOTO & CAMERA PERMISSIONS

Some Applications request access to:

- Photo Library (to allow user to select images)
- Camera (to capture images)

Access is requested only when required and only after user permission.

The Applications do not automatically scan or analyze your entire photo library.

3. AI IMAGE PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some Applications use artificial intelligence services to generate or enhance images.

3.1 OpenAI API

Certain Applications securely transmit user-selected images to OpenAI via its official API for AI-based image transformation.

Data Transmitted:

- The image selected by the user
- Selected style parameters or prompts

Data NOT Transmitted:

- Name
- Email
- Apple ID
- Contacts
- Device identifiers
- Biometric identifiers
- Facial recognition templates

All transmissions occur securely via HTTPS encryption.

3.2 Face Data & Biometric Information

Some uploaded images may contain faces. The Applications:

- Do NOT perform facial recognition
- Do NOT extract facial landmarks
- Do NOT create biometric templates
- Do NOT identify individuals
- Do NOT store biometric identifiers

Images are processed only as visual content for artistic or enhancement purposes.

No face data or biometric identifiers are retained by Gagak Studio.

3.3 Purpose of Image Transmission to OpenAI

The transmission of user-selected images to OpenAI is strictly necessary to generate the requested AI-based artistic transformation.

Images are processed solely for the purpose of producing the output requested by the user. Images are not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, facial recognition, biometric analysis, or identity identification.

No additional data is attached to the image when transmitted.

4. DATA RETENTION

4.1 By Gagak Studio

- We do not store uploaded images on our own servers.
- Images are processed transiently for the purpose of generating output.
- Generated images are saved only on the user’s device if the user chooses to save them.

We do not retain face data or biometric information.

4.2 By OpenAI

According to OpenAI’s API data usage policy:

- API data is not used to train AI models.
- Data may be temporarily retained for abuse monitoring purposes.
- Data is automatically deleted after a limited retention period.

We do not control OpenAI’s internal systems, but we rely on their publicly documented privacy and security standards.

4.3 Face Data Retention Clarification

Gagak Studio does not retain face data or biometric identifiers.

OpenAI does not retain facial recognition data or biometric templates. Images submitted via the OpenAI API are retained only temporarily for abuse monitoring and security purposes and are automatically deleted according to OpenAI’s API data retention policy.

Neither Gagak Studio nor OpenAI stores face data indefinitely.

5. ADVERTISING

Some Applications display advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob may collect:

- Device identifiers
- Advertising identifiers
- Anonymous usage data

AdMob operates under Google’s privacy policy:

Users may limit ad tracking via their device settings.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through:

- Apple App Store
- RevenueCat (subscription management platform)

We do not receive or store your credit card information.

7. PURPOSE OF DATA USE

We use collected information solely to:

- Provide AI image processing
- Improve app functionality
- Display advertisements
- Manage subscriptions
- Fix bugs and crashes

We do not:

- Sell personal data
- Share data for advertising profiling beyond ad network requirements
- Use images for AI training
- Use images for identity recognition

8. USER CONSENT

Before transmitting an image to OpenAI for AI processing:

- The user must manually select the image.
- The app displays a clear in-app disclosure explaining that the selected image will be securely transmitted to OpenAI for AI-based processing.
- The user must confirm before processing begins.

Users may cancel before processing at any time.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Applications are not directed toward children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we discover that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

10. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information.

However, no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure.

11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

By using our Applications, you consent to such transfers.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the Applications after changes constitutes acceptance.
